Christmas Day Dinner

We roasted a whole chicken for our Christmas Day dinner this year... =p Not difficult to make as we just need to apply seasoning on the chicken and let the oven do the rest of the job...

I also made some minestrone soup to go with the chicken... YH loves minestrone soup...

Add a packet of instant mashed potatoes and our dinner was complete with soup, entree and side dish... Yummy!! =) However, the chicken is obviously too much for us to finish in one meal, and thus we kept half of it...
