Peach Ice-cream

I had some leftover cream and decided to use it to make peach ice-cream since I had a packet of peaches in the freezer. This peach ice-cream would be the third thing we made with the peaches we picked from Annie's Orchard. Quite easy to make as just made to mix peach puree, peach yogurt and some whipped cream together. Then, just freeze the mixture.

We left the mixture to freeze overnight and only removed it the next day night. Think we leave it to freeze for too long and did not stir it periodically to break up the ice crystals, and thus it was very hard when we removed it from the freezer. We had to leave it out for a while before scooping it... =p

I did not really measure the quantity of each ingredient as I wanted to use them up. Because of this, we felt that the ice-cream was a little too creamy. =p Nevertheless, it still tasted quite nice but will either have to add more peaches or reduce the amount of cream if we ever made this again. =)
