Chinese Roast Chicken Rice (烧鸡饭)

We bought a packed of 烧鸡 seasoning some time ago and I finally used it for our dinner on Friday night. I seasoned 2 chicken breasts with the packet of seasoning and then baked it in the oven. For the rice, I used a packet of chicken rice premix. =p Combine everything plus some sliced cucumber and we had 烧鸡饭 as our dinner! =)
