Moussaka

Bought some eggplants recently and have been finding interesting ways to cook it. Saw this recipe on an online blog and was intrigued by it. I have never heard of this dish and decided to try making it. It is basically repeated layers of ground meat mixture, eggplant and cheese. It turned out rather nice and I managed to eat the eggplant due to the nice accompanying ingredients. =p Most importantly, YH liked it!! =)
