Pineapple Dishes

Recently bought a pineapple and after cutting it, we realised we had lots of pineapple in the fridge... And since I am not a huge fan of pineapple and hubby cannot possibly finish them so fast, we created dishes with them... He decided to make pineapple water, which is the type you can buy in hawker centre in Sg... Well, it tasted rather sweet, not bad, and I could even have some... =p Hubby was very happy with his pineapple water... Hehe...

As for me, I made pineapple fried rice... I added whatever ingredients we had at home which I think were suitable for the fried rice... It was quite nice! =) Too bad we had no pork floss to add to the fried rice else it would look more like the Thai pineapple rice... =p
