Fried Fish Bee Hoon

I made Fried Fish Bee Hoon Soup for our dinner on Friday... Not very difficult to make, just troublesome to deep fry the fish pieces... =p These are the deep fried fish pieces which were a little too salty, guess i added too much salt when seasoning them... =p

Add some vegetables and bee hoon and you get a bowl of fried fish bee hoon soup... =)
