Chocolate Chip & Crumble Muffin

Made a batch of muffins yesterday... These muffins were slightly different from the ones I made previously as they had crumble as toppings. Found it rather interesting, hence the decision to make them. Another thing that is different was that instead of the usual creaming of butter and sugar, the butter for these muffins were rubbed into the flour. These are the crumble topping...

The left are the mixed dry ingredients and the bowl on the right contains the mixed wet ingredients...
