Pandan Muffins

On Wed, I wanted to bake something green in celebration on St. Patrick's Day, and thus decided on a batch of pandan muffins. The smell was really nice while the muffins were baking in the oven. Sadly, there was only a tinge of green in the muffins as I had no pandan paste or green colouring to enhance the colour. However, the taste of the muffins was still not too bad, even though the pandan taste was not very strong. YH loved the muffins! =)

Cannot tell they are pandan muffins by looking at them...

A very light green when you peel it open... =p
