Chicken Rice

I finally tried making Chicken Rice... There's the chicken cooking in a pot of water... Well the chicken was a little too big for our pot as the breast was seen poking out from the water... =p

I made some sauces to go with the chicken too... I made ginger sauce and the thick and sweet dark soya sauce... Felt that the rice was not tasty enough as I did not add much oil... Will have to improve on this if I ever cook it again... Overall everything tasted rather OK, YH said it was quite nice... =)
