We decided to try Star City Lager (a Dortmund-style lager that is brewed with pilsner and Vienna malts to create a medium-bodied golden lager, and Styrian Golding Hops to provide solid bitterness to back the malt foundation).
As we were famished, we also decided to order an appetizer - Nachos Papas (a sizzling skillet of crisp waffle fries smothered in hot nacho cheese and topped with jalapeno slices and pico de gallo).
YH had Ale Battered Chicken (chicken breast tenders dipped in house ale batter and deep fried) and I have Fish and Chips (chunks of cod filet dipped by hand into house ale batter and served with waffle fries, coleslaw and tartar sauce).
After dinner, we went to Borders store to have a look before the store closes down.
