Freddy's Restaurante Mexicano @ West Lafayette

We just went to Freddy's Restaurante Mexicano for dinner. We have received a flyer advertising this restaurant and had also heard good recommendations from friends, so we decided to go to try out it out.

YH decided to try Goat Barbacoa (pronounced as bar-ba-co-ah) which is slow roasted goat served with guacamole, rice and warm corn tortillas. I decided to try Mole ( pronounced as moh-lay) which is chicken breast sautéed topped with a chili and chocolate sauce, served with warm yellow corn tortillas and rice.

 

The food was delicious and we will definitely go back to try other dishes in future.
