Happy 2nd Anniversary!

Hubby is very busy so we cannot go on a getaway trip to celebrate our anniversary, unlike last year... =( We could only celebrate it at home by going out for dinner... He could only spare time for dinner and not the whole day... =( But it was better than nothing... To celebrate the occasion, I made a Chilled Blueberry Cheesecake...  This time round I did not make a mistake with the gelatin, and thus the cheesecake was not soft and unset...

For dinner, we went to Outback, since we had not been there...

A appetizer, Bloomin’ Onion, to share... Nice! Love it!! =)

Hubby changed his side to soup of the day, which was a creamy and cheesy onion soup. We liked the soup!

Hubby's entree was a full order of baby back ribs...

I had the Ribeye with baked potato and seasonal veggies... The steak was not bad... =)

We asked our server to help us take a photo to commemorate the occasion... =)
