Chicken Rice Dinner @ Nelson's House

We were invited by Nelson to his house for chicken rice on Saturday night and then to watch the Indianapolis Colts vs Baltimore Ravens Playoff game together after dinner... This was our contribution for the dinner, a box of our homemade bak kua... =p

We arrived at his house around 5pm and just relaxed around while watching the New Orleans Saints vs Arizona Cardinals playoff game... The drink of the day was bandung!! Hehe... We just had to add evaporated milk to the rose syrup... =)

Our chef busy chopping the chicken... He had learnt the art of chicken rice making during his visit back to Singapore, including how to chop the chicken... He even brought back a chopper! =p

The "star" of the night... It tasted really really good!! =)

The table being set up for dinner... It had everything, the chicken, rice, soup, Nelson's secret chilli sauce which he made and even thick dark soya sauce (which I like but we cannot find it here)... It was a really fantastic dinner!! Really thanks for the invitation... =)

After dinner we watched the Colts game which they won 20 - 3!!
