Apple Crumble

We made some apple crumble for dessert last night... We had some apples that we bought long ago but were too sour for our liking, and thus had to do something with them before they turn bad. Hence I was looking for something to do with the apples and stumbled upon this recipe for apple crumble which looks easy... =p

Here's the process of making the crumble...

After that, just placed the apple cubes in a baking dish and topped it with the crumble. Then put it in the oven to bake. Our whole apartment smelled very nice while it was baking in the oven... =p

About half an hour later it is done!

You can topped it with a scoop of ice-cream and eat it while its warm... It tasted good and it is really easy to make!! =) We now know what to do if we happen to buy any more sour apples. Hehe! =p
