Christmas Dinner

Our simple Christmas dinner! Black pepper chicken with black pepper sauce leftover from our Christmas Eve dinner. YH showing off his bitter gourd cooking skills to me... He has to cook this himself cos I do not know how to cook it since I do not like eating it. It tasted rather nice cos even I ate some of it. And I don't eat bitter gourd previously! The bitter gourd was not that bitter (the secret is to soak it it salted water)! Hehe... =p I think I prefer this to eggplant/brinjal. Still do not liked the later.
