Chirstmas Eve Dinner

Our Christmas Eve Dinner prepared by hubby - the big chef! =p He said he is going to prepare Christmas Eve dinner for me so here it is... I helped to cook the soup. =p

Black Pepper Pork Chop with Broccoli and Cauliflower

The black pepper sauce was too spicy! But it was not hubby's fault cos we actually followed a recipe for the sauce and he even put lesser black pepper that what it was stated in the recipe. Hmmm... Maybe the black pepper we used is much finer? Also not sure... Think it would be better if we reduced the amount of black pepper by half or even more than half.

After dinner we had red wine and chips while watching PS I Love You...
