Peach Cobbler

We had quite a number of peaches and had to clear them before leaving for our Chicago trip. Hence, we decided to use them to bake some stuff. The first thing we made was a peach cobbler for dessert... =p The pitted and sliced peaches with skin removed...

The peaches tossed with some sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract and cinnamon powder. They are then sent to the oven  to bake...

Getting ready the biscuit topping while the peaches are baking in the oven... I accidentally added some cinnamon powder to it! =p Luckily it turned out quite nice as the biscuit topping then had a tinge of cinnamon taste... =)

The peaches with its juices released and smelling really nice!

Dropped pieces of dough on top of the peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar... Then send it to bake in the oven...

The peach cobbler when it is removed from the oven! Looks nice!!

Then scoop some peach cobbler and served it with vanilla ice-cream. Yummy!! We loved it! =)
