Happy Anniversary

We had a special dinner on Monday night. We had pork chops, some potatoes and brussels sprouts plus soup...

Instead of making our own gravy this time, we decided to try an instant gravy mix. We bought a pork gravy from McCormick to try but we were rather disappointed with it as we did not like the taste of the gravy... =(

After dinner, we drank Sangria, which is flavoured grape wine... This was quite nice... In Mexico, we tried Sangria too, there it was red wine plus lemonade...

My surprise dessert for hubby was Molten Chocolate Cake/Chocolate Lava Cake. It is basically chocolate cake with liquid chocolate in the centre. Quite easy to prepare. I did not have ramekins, and thus used my muffin pan to bake it... This is the batter before sending it to the oven...

When baked it was a little soft and you could see that the centre is not set. Yummy!! Hubby loved it!! =)
