We made Sweet Potato Pie on Saturday. We had never heard of Sweet Potato Pie before and I was curious about it even though I am not a fan of sweet potato. =p

Well, this sweet potato pie had no sweet potato taste at all but it was really too sweet… The top layer is a little crispy and hubby felt that the custard taste is too strong… =p Nevertheless, it was still not too bad, its something different.
