Then, hubby was assigned the task of pressing the mixture into the pan. He did a really good job as the crust did not crumble when eating the cheesecake. Guess would ask him to do it again when I next make a cheesecake. =p
The nicely pressed graham crackers crust.
Next, would be to prepare the cheesecake mixture and these were the ingredients.
Everything well mixed together.
Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and it was ready to go into the oven.
Another step for this cheesecake is its sour cream topping.
Pour the sour cream mixture over the baked cheesecake and send it back to the oven to bake for a little while more.I was very happy when the cheesecake came out without any cracks! =)
This is the cheesecake when we removed it from the refrigerator the next day. A small crack had developed on the side while it was cooling and it go a little longer when removed from the refrigerator. Well still glad that there are no other major cracks! =)
A slice of the pumpkin cheesecake which we both loved! It was good. =)
