Legend Buffet @ Lafayette

We had dinner at Legend Buffet on Friday night. It was a newly opened restaurant located at the strip mall beside the larger Walmart along SR 26 in Lafayette.

The food selection there is similar to what was available at the 8 China Buffet in Indy... Basically we had shrimps and chicken cooked in various methods... However we felt that the cold shrimps here were not as fresh as that in 8 China Buffet... Oh and they have a make your own sushi counter. Basically you let the person know what ingredients and sauce you want for your sushi and they will make and deliver it to you... YH asked for a salmon sushi and it came nicely presented on a plate... The other food tasted ok...
