Apple Muffins

We bought a bag of apples previously but felt that they were too sour. Hence I decided to use some of them to make apple muffins on Wed. They tasted OK only, not much taste, guess I need to increase more of the other ingredients... Still have some apples left, and thus need to find other ways to use them..
