BBQ @ Happy Hollow Park

We had a BBQ dinner at Happy Hollow Park on Sunday... And here's the setting up of the fire...

Our food... We prepared chicken wings, pork ribs, beef steaks, chicken kebab, corn and cheese prawns... Yummy!

Preparing the cheese prawns which is basically prawns sandwiched between cheese slices...

The chicken kebab were the first to be barbequed... And they taste really great!! Thanks to XJ for marinating and preparing them... =)
