YH's Birthday

I made a Pandan Cotton Cake for YH to celebrate his birthday as he always wanted a softer, less dense cake, so I thought it would be best to bake such a cake for his brithday! =p

As hubby had work to do and he was gone for almost the whole day, we could only have a late late dinner at Scotty's Brewhouse.

We were really hungry so we ordered dill chips as an appetizer.

Then, YH had bar-b-q ribs, which were great!

As for me, I had Chicken Feathers, which was basically breaded chicken.
