Peach Jelly Cheesecake

Since YH love jelly cheescake, I decided to make another one using the remaining graham crackers before they expire. This time round, I made a peach flavored one instead of strawberry.

The peach jelly cheesecake was yummy and of a nice color! Plus, I managed to achieve a better looking jelly layer this time! =)
