Pineapple Rice

I cooked Pineapple Rice for our dinner using the pineapple rice paste from Dancing Chef my mummy sent me. It was not as good as I expected it to be cos it was rather bland. Think I used too much rice. Haha! The instructions gave the amount of cooked rice in grams and I was lazy to weigh. Well have to try with less rice and probably omit the mixed veggies next time. And also to use fresh pineapple instead of canned ones. But before I do that, I will have to get more of this pineapple rice paste when I am back in Singapore. =p
