Purdue Village Garden

We finally took photos of the garden plots at Purdue Village ... You can rent plots of land for growing stuff during summer... We have been going there to buy our veggie for about 2 months now... The veggie there are cheaper and should be fresher too since they pluck it direct from the ground for you... Plus it is very convenient to go and buy as they are located near our apartment... =p

Huge sunflowers...

The entrance to the garden plot which we get our veggie from... They really look very pro as they are fence and gate setup... Everything is very well planed and constructed... It is very interesting as I have never seen how veggie are grown and how some of the plants look like...

The neatly arranged rows of various veggie... Plus there is some sort of a shelter and pathway...

Some of the produce... Tomatoes and green peppers... Besides these there are various leafy veggies, cucumber, eggplant, different types of melons...

A closer look at the veggie... On the right is kang kong...

Tomato plants...

Eggplant (brinjal) and bitter gourd...
