Claypot Chicken Rice

This is our dinner tonight - Claypot Chicken Rice (in a rice cooker). It was my first attempt and we felt that it tasted not bad! =) However the rice was a little too sticky and mushy. Think I added too much water. Must remember to reduce it next time and maybe will try cooking it in a claypot... =p
