2nd day in the USA

When we woke up on 27 Nov, it was time for lunch already. Well we slept late so it is only right that we woke up late... =p Since these few days we have a car will have to make full use of it. So YH wanted to bring me to IHOP (International House of Pancakes) in Lafayette for lunch. He said that the pancakes there are really nice and wanted me to try them. =)

After lunch we drove back home... We were going over to a friend's place for Thanksgiving dinner. Its a potluck and since we did not cook anything, we went to Walmart to buy some food to bring over. We bought fried chicken, a vegetarian pizza and grapes as requested by the host. Then we headed over to their place... Met the other Singaporeans there, mostly undergrads. Food was delicious and plentiful! There's even a turkey. =p

After dinner, around 8 plus we embarked on our journey to Aurora where the Chicago Premium Outlet is situated for the Black Friday Sale!!! 2 other guys decided to come with us. I will write on this trip in the next post.
